13140 Shinchukai (provisional designation: 1994 VW2) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Kin Endate and Kazuro Watanabe at the Kitami Observatory in Hokkaidō, Japan, on November 4, 1994. It is named after Shinchukai, the alumni association of the high school in Shingū, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan.
